Confidentiality Statement

How we protect your child's privacy and assessment information

At Student Learning Snapshot, protecting the privacy and confidentiality of every student and family we work with is a core part of how we operate. We understand that engaging an external assessment service requires trust, and we take that responsibility seriously.

All information collected during the assessment process, including student work samples, assessment results, personal details, and any related correspondence, is treated as strictly confidential at every stage.

How Your Child's Information Is Used

  • Assessment data is used solely to evaluate your child's current learning level and produce their individual report
  • Each report outlines identified strengths, areas for development, curriculum alignment, and evidence-based recommendations for next steps
  • All assessment information and reports are shared only with the parent or guardian who engaged the service

  • No information is disclosed to third parties, schools, or external organisations without your explicit written consent
  • Student names, identifying details, and assessment results will not be used in marketing materials, case studies, or public discussions under any circumstances
  • Assessment records are retained only for the period necessary to deliver the service and provide follow-up support, after which they are securely deleted
